Browning-Ferris Industries has assigned unspecified trade marketing duties to The Quest Business Agency in Houston.
Jan Cherry, a representative for Browning-Ferris Industries (BFI), confirmed the agency selection.
Sources said another Houston shop, Black Rogers Sullivan Goodnight, was also involved in the account review.
Cherry said the client is still determining details, including a budget figure on the account. She said BFI has not previously contracted with an advertising agency.
BFI is the nation’s second-largest solid waste collection and management specialist, per Hoover’s Online, operating landfills, medical waste treatment facilities and recycling centers.
