The folks at Keehan & Partners Advertising want you to know they did not create the image seen below by ramming a smoldering cigarette into the mouth of a fresh-faced toddler.

As part of the campaign for the San Benito Health Department warning against giving cigarettes to minors, the Monterey, Calif., shop merged two images.

“We stuck a straw with mashed bananas on it in the baby’s mouth,” said agency principal Dagmar Keehan, who describes herself as “very pro-anti-smoking.”
