LOS ANGELES As part of an ongoing effort to strengthen and expand its range of offerings, Publicis Groupe’s Publicis West said it has added four key members to its creative and planning teams.

New hires at the Seattle agency are svp, planning director Kevin May; vp, group creative director Parag Tembulkar; vp, associate creative director Steve Williams; and interactive associate creative director David Kim.

“We’re really looking at a nontraditional approach to hiring,” said svp, creative director Todd Grant, who—along with Publicis West ecd Bob Moore—screened prospective hires’ portfolios and diverse creative backgrounds.
