Publicis in New York has added its fourth expatriate from Saatchi & Saatchi’s London office in its ongoing quest to upgrade its creative profile.

Sally-Ann Dale, who left Saatchi in August as deputy head of television, joins Saatchi’s Publicis Groupe sibling in New York today as senior executive TV producer, a new post. The move reunites Dale, 33, with former Saatchi group creative heads Howard Willmott, 41, and Duncan Marshall, 34—who became executive creative directors at Publicis in June—and David Droga, who resigned as Saatchi London ecd late last year to become Publicis Worldwide’s first global creative director.

Dale’s appointment is part of a push led by New York-based Droga, 35, to elevate the creative profile of the estimated $9 billion Publicis network.
