After nine years in the Turtle Creek area here, Publicis is planning a move up the Dallas North Tollway next year to be the anchor tenant in a new office building currently under construction.
Publicis, which still has its former Publicis/Bloom moniker adorning its quarters in the Reverchon Plaza, plans to move its 230 employees into the Centura Tower planned for the Southwest corner of the tollway and Spring Valley Road. An architectural rendering shows the Publicis name overhanging the entrance to the 15-story building.
Publicis joins Omnicom agencies DDB Needham Dallas and TLP on the list of shops planning to exit the uptown area for far north Dallas locations.
Doug Henderson, chief financial officer for Publicis, said the shop considered five undisclosed locales, plus its existing three floors of office space at Reverchon.
