Garr, 43, will oversee the newly won, $25 million Siemens account and Fuji Film, among other duties, and said her first priority is to hire staffers to work on Siemens. She had headed global marketing for the past year at the Chicago office of Austrian sporting-goods company Head Sports.

Bateman, 33, will primarily focus on Club Med.
