BOSTON Publicis Groupe has aligned all of its PR and marketing communica-
tions agencies under the Publicis Public Relations and Corporate Communica-
tions Group (PRCC), the holding company said today.
Louis Capozzi has been named executive chairman of the new entity, which will be headquartered in New York. Most recently, Capozzi was chairman and CEO of Publicis Groupe’s Manning, Selvage & Lee in New York. Mark Hass will now assume the role of CEO of MS&L.
PRCC involves about 1,300 staffers across 25 countries.
