The Paris-based holding company will operate the shop as McGinn MS&L, under the aegis of its Manning Selvage & Lee public relations group.

The Arlington, Va., firm handles litigation communications, advocacy and intellectual property issues for clients like General Motors, First Data, ChoicePoint and Pacific Gas & Electric, among others.
