Mature Market Group, part of JWT, has advanced Andrew Martineau to senior art director. Martineau arrived at the Boca Raton, Fla., shop, three years ago as an art director. He previously was an art director at Miami’s Taglairino Advertising Group, as well as Cohen & Company Creative in Hollywood, Fla. The agency has also promoted Michelle Balmer to operations manager. Prior to joining MMG in 1997 as a production manager, Balmer was a production coordinator at Avanti Plus in Miami.
