The Martin Agency has promoted three employees. Ginny Harris has been named senior account executive. She joined the Richmond, Va., shop in 2000 as an account executive. Gayle Johnson has advanced to data operations manager. She was hired in 1996 to work in Martin’s call center. Jason Komulainen, creative supervisor, joined the agency in 2001 as senior art director. He works on the Champion Mortgage and UPS accounts.
