Pro Media has reorganized its management structure and appointed three senior-level executives to newly created posts as it seeks to broaden its menu of service offerings in an ever-changing media landscape.

Under the new structure, the 100-person independent media buying and marketing consulting firm in Natick, Mass., has combined its planning and account service divisions. It has also introduced interactive and direct response offerings.

By integrating various functions, Pro Media expects that its employees will be better able to share knowledge and determine which media a client should use.

“The business has changed dramatically, and there’s an opportunity to go beyond traditional media, for clients to communicate their message and actually see a return on investment,” said Don Carlin, who sheds his title of senior vice president, consumer account service to become chief operating officer.
