Praco Elevates Frickey

Praco Public Relations and Advertising Co. has promoted Debbie Frickey to director of account services. She will oversee the advertising account services work for all clients and Praco ad account services staff in the Denver and Colorado Springs, Colo., offices. Frickey joined Praco in April 2003 and was previously director of the agency’s tourism group, which works with clients like the Colorado Tourism Office, Mexico City-based Latin American hotel operator Grupo Posadas, Colorado Springs Convention and Visitors Bureau and The Broadmoor.
