Claire Hancock has become vice president of operations at Promotional Products Association International. In her new role at the Irving, Texas, trade organization, Hancock will have overall responsibility for PPAI’s information technology, finance and office operations departments, in addition to her human resources activities. Hancock joined the association in 2002 as human resources director.
