CHICAGO Porsche Cars North America said it has tapped consultants Ann Billock and Russel Wohlwerth to manage the review of its $25 million advertising account.

The Atlanta-based company hopes to consolidate its creative chores—currently at Interpublic Group’s Carmichael Lynch in
Minneapolis—and media duties, handled by independent Kastner & Partners in Los Angeles, at a single shop.

The review is linked to the client’s promotion of David Pryor to the position of svp, marketing, as well as Porsche’s planned launch of a four-door sedan in 2009.
