M Media is preparing to launch a print, outdoor and event-marketing effort for Plugg Jeans that targets suburban teens and young adults with urban tastes. Back-to-school print ads, which will run in magazines such as Seventeen and Teen People, feature a new brand icon: a red-eyed, spike-collared dog. M Media in New York picked up the $3 million business in January.
