Zimmerman Laurent Richardson has hired Jason Ploog as a senior art director. Prior to joining the Des Moines, Iowa, agency, Ploog was a design director at crosstown shop The Integer Group, where he was responsible for brand and creative strategy and supervised several art directors. Ploog has an associate degree in applied arts from Hawkeye Community College in Waterloo.
