Marc Advertising has set its sights on Chicago for expansion of its growing network.
Tony Bucci, chairman of the Pittsburgh-based agency, said its entry into Chicago will probably come this year and most likely be accomplished through an acquisition. “We’re locked, loaded and ready,” said Bucci. “There are several attractive [acquisition targets] in Chicago.”
Marc continues to handle advertising and media buying for the ServiStar hardware chain, which merged in late ’96 with the Chicago-based True Value chain.
