After living together for 18 months, Dudreck DePaul Ficco & Morgan is being formally wed to–and absorbed into–Hallmark/Tassone, creating a Pittsburgh agency with combined billings of $53 million.
In July 1996, DDF&M and Hallmark/Tassone entered a joint venture under which certain administrative elements of the two shops were unified. While they shared offices and jointly pitched some clients, they remained separate entities.
“All the signs we were looking for that would say we should be one company were there,” said Bill Binstock, Hallmark/Tassone chairman and chief executive officer.
