Review consultancy Pile and Co. is preparing to launch a free, searchable online directory of shops through a unit called Agency ComPile.
Shops will be listed for free, although Agency ComPile plans to charge a monthly fee to “enhance” a listing with images and video or sound clips. Clients will eventually be able to enter different agency criteria into the site’s search engine to produce lists of shops that meet their requirements.
“It will supplement the review business, but we intend to have hundreds, thousands of agencies listed,” said Pile and Co.
