Boone/Oakley has named Molly Philpott traffic manager on all accounts. Prior to joining the Charlotte, N.C., shop, Philpott was a production manager for Mike Carroll Photography. The agency has also hired Charissa Ragot as an account coordinator for Dialog Telecommunications and Bloom. Ragot previously was an assistant producer at NBC News Channel’s national production facilities in Charlotte.
