The Phelps Group has tapped Jessica Green and Shelley Wise as team coordinators, Lisa Curland as accounting specialist and Marge Goodwin as executive assistant to agency CEO Joe Phelps. Green, a graduate of Santa Clara University, will work with the Los Angeles Department of Water and Power, Dunn Edwards Paint, Countrywide Bank and City of Hope. Wise, who was previously an account executive for Robin Gerber Associates, will work on the Los Angeles Department of Water and Power, City of Hope and Dolphin Imaging accounts.
