The Mark Co., an urban real estate marketing and sales firm in San Francisco, has promoted Krysen Heathwood from director of marketing to vice president of development and hired Lynn Gallagher as director of marketing. Heathwood will oversee all new business development and research, and will also lead development of the overall positioning of the properties the firm markets. Gallagher, who previously owned San Francisco Bay-area marketing and public relations firm Gallagher Associates, will oversee the marketing activities for TMC and its realty developments.
