DALLAS Pennzoil Motor Oil will begin visiting seven agencies next week that are vying for creative duties on its $30 million account, sources said.

The Houston-based client has cut its original list from 14 or 15 shops to seven, sources said. Contenders are: incumbent GSD&M, Austin, Texas, and sibling Omnicom shop TBWA\Chiat\Day, Playa del Rey, Calif.; independents The Richards Group, Dallas, and Doner, Southfield, Mich.; Interpublic Group shops Deutsch/LA, Marina del Rey, Calif., and The Martin Agency, Richmond, Va.;
