BOSTON–Partners & Simons has scored another win in the technology arena, picking up the advertising account of Preview Software in Palo Alto, Calif., following an informal review of undisclosed shops.





Annual ad billings were estimated in the $2 million range. There was no incumbent on the account.





Partners & Simons will handle all marketing for the national launch of timeLOCK, a product that allows software developers to build on-line ordering capabilities into demonstration and promotional copies of software, said agency official Gib Trub.





The product also enables companies to code demonstration copies to automatically become inactive after a period of time.
