BOSTON Settling matters via the “rules of the playground” is no longer an acceptable practice, according to a campaign fashioned by Outhouse Communication for nonprofit Operation Respect CT.

The statewide effort from the Fairfield, Conn.-based independent includes outdoor, radio and online material that target middle and high school students with a message of respect for others.

The pro bono campaign’s centerpiece is a Web site, www.cutthebull.org, which provides games, the chance to share experiences, a downloadable ring tone, a “No Bull” T-shirt offer and the opportunity to send out a message of respect to another person.
