Susan Briganti has been named senior vp/group account director at Mandelbaum Mooney Ashley/S.F. Briganti, who formerly handled the Bank of America account for Ketchum/S.F., will oversee the Blue Shield business which MMA won in June. She is a recipient of the Don Ashley award for account management from the S.F. Ad Club.
Anno Ballard has been named creative director at Gerber Advertising/Portland, Ore., replacing Jeff Berry, who resigned. Berry had been associate creative director/senior writer at the agency for the past two -and-a-half years.
