McCann Erickson/Seattle has added the title of vice president to three of its executives: Debora Rogers Scott, account supervisor; Alice Isackson, print production manager and Branson Veal, broadcast producer. Isackson is an 11-year veteran of the office. Scott arrived in 1990 from DDB Needham/Chicago, and Veal joined the office in 1991 from Borders, Perrin and Norrander in Portland. Steven B. Falk has been named senior vice president for advertising and circulation for the San Francisco Newspaper Agency, a joint venture that oversees non-editorial activities of the Chronicle Publishing Company and the Hearst Corp.,
