NEW YORK Patrick O’Neill, a group creative director at TBWA\Chiat\Day who oversees creative development on the agency’s global Absolut account, has resigned, effective April 30, the New York shop confirmed.

O’Neill’s duties on Absolut and other accounts, such as Cunard cruise lines, will be temporarily absorbed by New York executive creative director Gerry Graf, as Graf seeks to fill the post. The Omnicom Group agency is expected to consider both inside and outside candidates for the job.
