NEW YORK Omnicom Group is acquiring brand consulting company Siegelgale, which will be run under its Diversified Agency Services group, the holding company said. Terms were not disclosed.
Alan Siegel, who co-founded the independent New York shop with Robert Gale in 1969, said in a statement, “Joining the Omnicom Group opens unlimited possibilities for collaboration and global reach.” The company will revert to its original name: Siegel & Gale.
Agency clients include 3M, Xerox, Medtronic, Caterpillar and the U.S.
