CHICAGO The Ohio Tobacco Use Prevention and Control Foundation has placed its $10.5 million annual anti-smoking contract into review. Incumbent Northlich is expected to defend.

Northlich, a Cincinnati independent shop, has held the account for five years. The shop’s work has featured input from a teen board and used the tagline, “Stand up. Speak out against tobacco.”

A bidder’s conference is scheduled for July 20, with eligibility requirements due a week later. Proposals for the account, which will include youth and young adult anti-smoking initiatives, will be due on Aug.
