NEW YORK Ogilvy & Mather, a week after losing New York office co-president Andy Berndt to Google, has redefined the roles of its North American and New York leaders.

North American co-CEO Carla Hendra will now run Ogilvy New York along with Chris Wall. Wall sheds his previous title of co-chief creative officer of the office to become vice chairman, creative and Hendra adds the title of chairman of Ogilvy New York. Wall will oversee creative efforts in advertising, direct and interactive marketing and Hendra retains her North American duties.
