NEW YORK WPP Group’s Ogilvy & Mather has emerged as the fifth agency Pfizer has tapped to present creative ideas on its Viagra brand, sources said.

Ogilvy made its presentation to the client on Wednesday. The incumbent, Omnicom Group’s Cline Davis Mann in New York, presents either today or Friday, sources said.

Pfizer spent about $110 million in U.S. media on Viagra in 2003, according to Nielsen Monitor-Plus.

The New York-based client reached out in February to roster shops, asking for additional ideas on the prescription drug that treats erectile dysfunction.
