BOSTON Independent O’Neil Griffin Bodi, a fixture on the regional agency scene for 31 years, has changed its name to Griffin Bodi & Krause following the departure several weeks ago of president and partner Gary O’Neil, the shop said.

O’Neil’s equity was bought out by Patrick Griffin, who, along with svp Mark Bodi, had been the other two partners in the shop. Griffin now takes the title of president.

With O’Neil following other pursuits, Elaine Krause, svp and creative director, has been named a partner at the 25-person Manchester, N.H.,
