NEW YORK NYC2012, the committee leading New York’s bid for the 2012 Summer Olympic Games, said today that it has replaced Digital Pulp with R/GA as its interactive agency.

R/GA, a New York-based Interpublic Group interactive agency, was tapped after the client met with several undisclosed digital shops, said NYC2012 director of marketing and communications Amy Stanton.

New York City is vying against Moscow, Madrid, Paris, London, Istanbul, Rio de Janeiro, Havana and Leipzig to host the 2012 games.
