NEW YORK Nurun said it has bought a small Spanish interactive agency to expand its European presence.

The agency, part of the Quebecor Group, paid approximately $2.5 million for Crazy Labs, a 37-person Web shop in Madrid. Crazy Labs clients include Procter & Gamble, Nintendo and Vodafone. The agency offers both Internet strategy and design.

The acquisition builds Nurun’s capabilities in Spain, where it has a Barcelona office. Elsewhere in Europe, it has offices in Paris and Milan, Italy.
