In an effort to bolster its executive ranks, November Consulting has added a pair of senior managers.

The Natick, Mass., operation recently brought aboard Kirsten Dupuis as vp, client services and Timothy Cass as vp, sales and marketing. The two join president Eric Marthinsen in his efforts to grow the privately held group, which provides technological expertise to agencies and marketers looking for programming, coding and other functions that support online marketing efforts.

"We focus on helping companies acquire and retain customers," Marthinsen said.

Marthinsen knew Dupuis from their days together at Pile and Co., the Boston management consult ancy, where he was director of information technology and helped build the company's Web site. At Pile and Co., which works for the advertising and communications community, Dupuis oversaw reviews for FleetBoston, Ford Motor Co., Goldman Sachs, Luc ent and McDonald's.

While Dupuis' assignment is completely different from her previous duties, "the client skills she honed at Pile will help her in any [position]," said Pile evp Judy Neer. "She understands the new-business world very well."

After leaving Pile and Co., Dupuis spent a year as client project director at Boston interactive shop Red98. While there, she oversaw work on behalf of Fidelity Investments, Sprint PCS, Papa Gino's and Toyota.

Cass most recently worked as an interactive designer at SkyWorld Interactive, Stoneham, Mass. He has also worked with several marketing communications shops, including Benes Brand Imaging in Lexington, Mass.

"He had experience in two of the major components we work in," said Marthinsen, calling Cass "a perfect fit" for November.

November's clients include customer relationship management comp any Wheelhouse, based in Burlington, Mass., and Boston financial services provider The Legacy Cos.

The eight-person shop has partnered with Silver Oven Studios, a Portsmouth, N.H., Web design studio. The agency does back-end support for Silver Oven's creative on the New York Times Co. Web site.
