ATLANTA St. John & Partners has acquired Northstar Advertising, according to Dan St. John, chairman and CEO of the Jacksonville, Fla.-based independent agency.
Northstar of Crested Butte, Colo., which specializes in tourism and real estate advertising, recorded billings of $1 million in 2002.
Dan Williams, Northstar president and owner, will become vice president and management supervisor of the agency, reporting to St. John. He will remain in Colorado. Clients there include the Town of Mt. Crested Butte, Crested Butte Mountain Resort, Community Banks of Colorado and Powerhouse/Wooden Nickel/Cement Creek Tavern.
