The New Jersey Economic Development Authority has launched a search for an agency to create a $5 million campaign that would market the state as a premier base for businesses, particularly biotech, pharmaceutical and financial-services companies. RFPs will be available Thursday at the authority’s offices in Trenton, as well as online at www.njeda.com/mp.
