Subscribers to Nextel’s wireless Web service will now be able to get news headlines and other content from ABCNEWS.com, ESPN.com and Mr. Showbiz under an agreement between Reston, Va.-based Nextel and Walt Disney Internet Group.
By firing up their Nextel cell phones and accessing the wireless Web, users can receive news digests from ABCNEWS.com, sports scores and digests from ESPN.com and tap into Mr. Showbiz’s Movie Finder, as well as get headlines and digests from that site.
