JAL executives last week said incumbent DCA Advertising, New York, would be invited to pitch and remain the airline's Japanese-language agency. According to Competitive Media Reporting, the airline spent about $2 million on advertising in 1996.Gotham Withdraws From SNET PitchBOSTON--Gotham in New York has withdrawn from the review for the creative portion of Southern New England Telecommunications' account.
