The market right now is “pretty good, but it’s not great,” said Steve Hills, The Washington Post’s director of advertising and marketing. A just-released Berents Newspaper Survey from Wheat First Securities predicts retail lineage industry wide will increase in 1993 by 1.6 percent, classified will rise by 2.6 percent and national will fall 0.8
