Kupper Parker Communications, which became a publicly traded company last year through its acquisition of Greenstone/Roberts Advertising, reported fourth-quarter revenue of $3 million, up 9 percent from the same quarter a year ago. Net income was a penny per share.

For the year ended Oct. 31, St. Louis-based KPC reported revenue of $12 million, up nearly 11 percent. The figures resulted in a 9-cent per share loss for the year, which the agency attributed to a final contribution to its Employee Stock Ownership Plan.
