Stacy Higbee, Shirley Hwang and Lisa Park have joined TargetCast in New York as vice presidents and account directors. Higbee, previously associate media director on Tylenol brands at Saatchi & Saatchi, will work on Wyeth Consumer Healthcare brands including Advil, Robitussin, Alavert and Dimetap at TargetCast. Hwang was most recently vp and group media director at Halogen Response Media, directing work for clients such as Procter & Gamble, Capital One and Walt Disney World. She will lead the development of the diversified services media division, working on Allergan, the Wharton School and Sotheby’s.
