Tocquigny has appointed Barbara Burch and Ryan Edmonson senior copywriters. Burch joins the shop from SicolaMartin, another Austin, Texas, agency, where she was a senior writer; Edmonson most recently worked as a Web developer at Interactive Ensemble in Austin. Tocquigny also has hired Nate Lee and Erin Herrera as interactive developer and beta tester, respectively. Lee arrives from Agere Systems in Allentown, Pa., where he was a lab technician; Herrera previously worked at Houston’s Pierpont Communications as a senior account executive.
