ATLANTA The three-member management team of Duffey Communications said it has purchased the shop from its founders, Lee Duffey and his wife, Jenny.

The couple does not retain any ownership in the independent Atlanta-based public relations shop, but they will remain affiliated with the agency as consultants.

The new owners are Sherri Fallin, Nichole D. Taylor and Arlene Large. Fallin, now CEO, has been with the agency for more than five years and was director of client services.
