Kolar Advertising and Marketing has installed Vikki Phy as project management director. Prior to joining the Austin, Texas-based shop, Phy worked as account service director at Brown+Partners in Dallas. Kolar has also hired Nathan Huey as senior copywriter. Huey previously worked at Austin’s McCann-Erickson Southwest in the same position. In addition, Kolar has welcomed Victoria Manion and Anjleen Gumer as account managers working on Dell, 3M and Metron. Prior to joining the shop, Manion was a production assistant at Quebecor World Aurora in Ontario, Canada.
