Lee Nadler is resigning from his post as president and CEO at Digital Pulp and handing the reins to Ron Fierman, who joined the five-year-old agency a year ago as evp, managing director. In his new role as president and COO, Fierman will oversee the New York agency’s operations, finances and strategic partnerships.

Fierman will work with Gene Lewis, director of Web and technology development, and Bruce Goodman, chief Web architect, to maintain client relationships and shore up new business.
