BOSTON WPP Group’s Ogilvy Public Relations has promoted Betsy Neville to managing director of its Chicago office, the agency said.

Neville, who assumes her new role July 1, replaces Brad Wilks, who has led the office since 1999. Neville has been with Ogilvy for two years and had previously supervised the team for Hudson Highland Group.

Wilks will become Chicago CEO and managing director at the Incepta-owned PR firm Citigate Sard Verbinnen. He starts his new post on Aug.
