Tierney Communications in Philadelphia has hired Dan Neri as associate creative director. He will work on the Exelon account and on new business. Neri was most recently group creative director at Gillespie Advertising in Philadelphia, and before that, associate creative director at Red Tettemer in Philadelphia and Earle Palmer Brown in New York and Philadelphia. He has worked on accounts including ESPN, Optimum Online, Helzberg Diamonds, DuPont, Comcast, Philadelphia Tourism and Novartis. Earlier this year, he created a commercial for PETA (with Hungry Man, New York) that was rejected by the Super Bowl and subsequently featured on The Tonight Show, CNBC and CNN.
