Neighborhood Health Plan, a nonprofit health maintenance organization serving about 115,000 members in Massachusetts, has launched an agency review.

Wallwork & Cur-ry, the Boston shop which has worked on the account for a half-dozen years, has been invited to participate, a client representative said. The budget is in the high six-figure range.

The incumbent will defend the business, said Bob Curry, co-chairman of Wallwork & Curry.

The review was called not as a reflection on the agency’s recent efforts, but to allow NHP management to evaluate its options after a long run with a single shop, the client representative said.

NHP seeks an agency with some healthcare expertise and an office in the Boston area.
